Below is a table showing our Recommended Starting Speed and Feed Parameters we recommend running our HSS Reamers at.
A quick rule to follow is you generally want to be 2/3 the SFM and 2-3 Times the IPR Feed Rate you would run a HSS/Cobalt Drill at. This can give you good starting speeds and feeds.
Also, you want to leave 2%-3% of the hole diameter for the reamer (Example: .1250" Reamer needs to be drilled to .121"-.1225" Diameter before Reaming).

Non Alloy Steel (2,3): 12L14, 1018
Low Alloy Steel (7): 4140, 4340, 8620
High Alloy & Tool Steel (10-11): P20, H13, A2, D2
Stainless Steel (12): 303, 304, 316
Stainless Steel (13, 14): 17-4PH, 15-5PH, 13-8PH
Aluminum: (21,22): 6061, 7075
Reamer Tolerances:
up to 1/2" Diameter: +.0002"/-0
Above 1/2" to 5/8" Diameter: +.0003"/-0
Above 5/8" to 1-1/2" Diameter: +.0004"/+.0001"
